Teacher Gifts
For several years I've struggled on what to give to the teachers of Oede 12 and 10. For several years I donated money in their name to the school districts foundation because who really needs another "coffee mug"...right?!? This year I actually had inspiration. As soon as I saw this on Martha I knew exactly what my plan was. Instead of making peach mini pies, I chose apples because, duh, teachers and apples.... I wrapped them in cellophane and placed them in these cute cupcake boxes from Oriental Trading . And added ribbon and finished them off with Martha's stickers. I told Oede 10 he had to say "You're the apple pie of my eye!" when he gave them. For Oede 12, I had to have hubby threaten him just to bring them to school. Pre-teens...
