Dainty Details Make the Difference

In this spread using the Cocoa Daisy October Glow Planner Kit , I leaned into all the cozy autumn vibes with warm browns, golden leaves, and those sweet little bird accents. The layered washi down the middle makes a statement while delicate PET stickers, and tiny icons pull the whole layout together This 5 minute spread is still keeping it functional for me to be tracking priorities, meals, and daily tasks. What I love most is how the dainty details—like the garbage can sticker, the box labels for the dinner menu, the leaf stickers sliced down the middle and PET sticker berry sprigs.  They add personality without overwhelming the page. It’s proof that the smallest touches can transform a simple two day layout can be something inspiring and uniquely yours. Using the October Glow Main Planner kit stamp set I even had the space for notes and priorities at the top of each page.  Every sticker feels intentional here, framed by those natural tones and still it's a soft place to land...

Paper Quilt Cover

  I can't ever not make a cover each month for my Standard Travelers notebook from Cocoa Daisy!  While the craft paper cover it comes with is certainly functional an sometimes matches the kit colors, making one personalized with my need  for the month! For September, I created a double pocket situation on the front.  Using the Planner kit papers, the inner pocket was created by wrapping the paper around to the back but only adhering it to the top and bottom of the front.  The bottom portion pocket which houses the monthly calendar, was just a strip of scrap paper.  Such a simple and effective way to add one using a scrap piece of paper. Quilting still is something that I love to partake in and a lot of the techniques I've learned can be applied to paper crafting.  Thankfully with the paper designs this month I don't have to work hard to create a patch design.
