Bad to Great Habits!

Cocoa Daisy always includes five striped weekly spreads in their notebooks, but sometimes the way the dates fall means I only need four. That extra spread becomes my little playground where each month I get to experiment with different ways to use it. This time, I decided to turn it into a tool for building better habits.

I’ve been wanting to shift a few of my not-so-great habits into more positive ones, so I made a habit tracker with a creative twist. Using the Daisy woodblock stamp from the Stationery Kit, I stamped out flowers where each petal represents a habit I want to focus on. Every day of the month, I can check in and choose one area to give a little extra attention.

To finish it off, I used the Days of the Week stickers from the kit to label each daisy. I also added the top portion of one of the sticky notes as a title plate, which gives me space to add a favorite quote or encouraging reminder. It’s such a fun way to keep the page functional and inspiring at the same time.

Here is a fun little reel showing the before and after!
