Alternative adhesive
While I love all the natural textures of paper goods there is just something about the adhering quality of lamination that traditional adhesives just can't match. Using the acetate and vellum from the Stationery Kit, I decided to sandwich them together to create a pocketed bookmark. I trimmed the vellum splatter piece to be 2 inches shorter than the acetate and also 1/2 inch narrower than traditional 4.33 x 8.25 standard size I usually have when creating bookmarks for my TN. Then I lined up the side and bottom edge and put them in the laminating sleeve. Once 'stuck' together, I used a craft knife to slit the top and right side to create a hinged bookmark where I can now store creative elements within my planner pages. Because the vellum and acetate are created in an a5 size, I needed to trim a little bit and didn't want the bottom sentiment to go to waste.
