Layered Functionality

The Wisdom & Wonder stationery kit is always a “okay, let’s just play” moment.  And honestly? This little project ended up being one of my favorites!

I began with the tiny stamp-style sticker roll from the kit. They already feel like a ready-made collage, so I lined them up along the edge of my page to create a cluster. The mix of pale blues, soft browns, and those tiny botanical drawings worked perfectly together. No overthinking, just placing pieces that felt good next to each other in both vertical and horizontally.

Next, I grabbed one of the printed vellum sheets and tucked it under the clear register overlay for a pocket!  This combo is so satisfying since the vellum gives that cloudy, frosted look, and the clear sheet adds structure without covering anything up. Plus I can use this little window to see the gorgeous patterns underneath as well as use it for writing on with a wet erase marker.

After that, it was all about sprinkling in a few of the die cuts and stickers both above and below. I kept everything pretty soft and minimal since the colors and textures already had a lot happening to the top part added one of the saturated PET stickers and underneath a velum die cut.   The winter florals and tiny stars from the kit were perfect for filling in corners without taking over the whole page.
