Bad to Great Habits!

Cocoa Daisy always includes five striped weekly spreads in their notebooks, but sometimes the way the dates fall means I only need four. That extra spread becomes my little playground where each month I get to experiment with different ways to use it. This time, I decided to turn it into a tool for building better habits. I’ve been wanting to shift a few of my not-so-great habits into more positive ones, so I made a habit tracker with a creative twist. Using the Daisy woodblock stamp from the Stationery Kit, I stamped out flowers where each petal represents a habit I want to focus on. Every day of the month, I can check in and choose one area to give a little extra attention. To finish it off, I used the Days of the Week stickers from the kit to label each daisy. I also added the top portion of one of the sticky notes as a title plate, which gives me space to add a favorite quote or encouraging reminder. Blocks of Functionality

  There’s nothing both more exciting and intimidating than a fresh planner page staring back at you. My go-to trick? Breaking it down into sections so I don’t feel lost in all that wide-open space of my Standard Notebook pages from Moss & Mirth.  The separate spaces are my key to functional success within this decorative page! Timed events are vertical this day using the  those clean, geometric hex boxes  from the Planner Sticker sheets which  makes checking events off oddly satisfying.   This way I can check each one off independently throughout my day to keep me on schedule. On the opposite side of the washi strip is 2 separate to do lists. Depending on the days of the week, I know how much space to allot each one; since it being Monday, work won the space race!
